Muta Mashack is the founder and lead attorney of Mashack Law, representing individuals, professionals, families, and businesses throughout Georgia in employment law, business and contract matters, family law, and estate planning focused on wills and trusts.

Muta's legal experience includes handling employment disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour claims, and workplace accommodations. He has managed matters from intake through resolution, drafted complaints, pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement proposals, and negotiated employment agreements, severance matters, and other workplace disputes.

His practice also includes contract drafting, review, and negotiation, as well as family law matters involving divorce, child custody, and child support. Muta also assists individuals and families with wills and trusts designed to protect their interests and plan for the future.

Before entering legal practice, Muta built more than a decade of experience in Human Resources, corporate compliance, employee relations, and organizational risk management. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how legal issues affect individuals and organizations beyond the courtroom.

Muta earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and is admitted to practice law in Georgia. He approaches each matter with a focus on clear advice, thoughtful strategy, and effective advocacy.
